With over 25 years in international logistics, Chris Roe has worked across every layer of the supply chain — from packing export containers in regional NSW to leading national teams for multinational freight forwarders.

That ground-up experience shaped his belief that just because something works, doesn’t mean it can’t work better. Through FR8 Advice, Chris brings independent, experience-based insight to help importers and exporters uncover inefficiencies, strengthen supplier performance, and build smarter, more capable operations.

Known for connecting boardroom strategy with frontline reality, Chris speaks the language of both leadership and logistics. He can show the benefit on paper — and apply it in practice.
